What is Howliet?
Howlite is a naturally white stone with gray veins. The stone was first found in Windsor, Nova Scottia in Canada in 1886 by the chemist Henry How. Although Henry had first given the stone a different name, it was renamed Howliet shortly thereafter.
What is turqurenite?
Howlite has a porous structure and therefore easily absorbs colors. Howlite is popular as turquoise imitation, because of the corresponding structure on the surface. Often the blue or green painted howlite is offered as turkenite or turqurenite.
How does howlite work?
Howlite is a pleasantly calming stone that helps to release stress, anxiety and old emotional pains. It can help to process emotions in order to find peace, happiness and satisfaction in the here and now.
