Falcon's eye is the blue variant of tiger's eye. The characteristic gold/yellow fibers of tiger's eye are blue in color in Valkenoog and both have the characteristic 'cat's eye effect'. Falcon's eye is mainly found in Africa where it is widely used as protection against voodoo practices.
