What is rhodizite?
Rhodizite is a rare mineral found in Russia, Madagascar, England and the United States. It is almost always found in very low volumes in granite pegmatite. This is an igneous rock formed at a depth of 6 to 8 kilometres below the Earth's crust. The colour can vary from colourless white to yellow/brown. The hardness is 8 on Mohs scale.
Burning red
The name rhodizite comes from the Greek: 'Rhodizein' which means 'pink coloured'. This is due to the property that rhodizite can colour a flame red. The crystal is therefore very pyroelectric and can create an electrical energy when heated. In addition, the crystal is also piezoelectric which means that it can create electrical energy under pressure.
Master crystal
Rhodizite is a master crystal with a very high energy. Don’t let the size fool you. This crystal contains more than enough energy and does not need to be cleaned or recharged. It is an ideal stone to amplify the energies of other crystals and contains a powerful positive energy that makes dreams come true.
