Important gemstone group
Beryl is one of the most famous gemstone groups. Beryl has many different colours with corresponding names. Emerald, for example, is a green variant and aquamarine a blue variant of beryl. In its pure form, it is a valuable gem that is often used in jewellery.
The yellow beryl is known as 'gold beryl'. It is also often referred to as 'Heliodore'. Usually one speaks of gold beryl with the real yellow specimens and of Heliodoor with a more yellow/green color. We have both variants and will leave it up to you to decide which name you prefer.
