1.1 When will you ship my order?
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours with PostNL or DHL. The time of arrival can vary depending on the destination. Generally it shouldn’t take longer than 2 weeks to arrive.
1.2 How much are the shipping costs?
For shipping within the Netherlands the prices are as follow: If it fits in an envelope: € 3.95. You can also choose for a mailbox package with track and trace for € 4.50. If your order does not fit an envelope, the cost for a package are € 5.95. Above € 75, - the shipping is free. If your order will fit in an envelope you can see when you put your product in the shopping cart.
Shipments outside the Netherlands are weight dependent. Place your items in the shopping cart and indicate to which country you want to ship, the costs will be calculated automatically.
1.3 Can I pick up my parcel at a PostNL location?
Yes, if you use parcel shipping you can choose to have your order sent to a PostNL pick-up location near you. Useful for when you are not at home. Currently only available within the Netherlands.
1.4 What can I expect in my package?
You may expect the stones you selected from the photo (unless otherwise indicated in the text) in your package. We pack them solidly and reliably in recycled material. We do not use expensive packing material and do not put 'free' extras in it. This allows us to deliver good quality for a fair price.
1.5 Do I get extra information about the healing properties of the stone with my order?
No, you can find a lot of information about the stones on our website. When you order, we do not provide any additional information about the stones.
1.6 Can I get a certificate of authenticity with my order?
We only have certificates for meteorites. For this we are registered with the IMCA, an international organisation that monitors the fair trade in meteorites. The certificates are issued with this membership number. Such organisations do not exist for minerals or fossils. Of course, we guarantee the authenticity of all our products. We do this by carefully selecting our suppliers and buying as much as possible directly from the countries where the minerals and fossils are found.
1.7 Why do I pay for returns if I do not pick up my parcel, if I have given an incorrect address or if I refuse my parcel?
Costs are charged for these because PostNL also charges them. A free return does not exist. This also applies to the return of an uncollected parcel at a parcel point, an incorrectly provided address or a parcel refused by the recipient. The return costs within the Netherlands are €5.95
1.8 Do you also ship to the USA?
Yes, we also ship to the United States. Put the items in the shopping cart to calculate the shipping costs. If you wish, you can choose to see the prices in dollars. This is for information purposes only. The final payment shall be made in euros.
1.9 Why are the prices different for shipping to the USA?
If you order from the USA and the goods are transported out of the European Union, you do not have to pay VAT. You must declare the goods yourself in the state in which you live.
1.10 I selected an extra item in my order but I don't not see it on the invoice
If you have selected an extra item in your order you will not see this specified on your invoice. We can see your complete order and you will receive all the selected items.
1.11 Is everything in stock?
Yes, everything that you can order in the website is in stock.
1.12 Where can I see the size of a stone?
If you click on an item You'll see one large image and some smaller ones.
In one of the small images is always a ruler. When you click on the small picture, you'll see it larger. If there are no smaller images, the size is mentioned in the text.
1.13 I want to order as a company, is this possible?
Yes, that's possible. You can follow the simple ordering process and receive a VAT specified invoice.
1.14 Can I order intra-Community?
If you, as a foreign entrepreneur, wish to make use of the VAT reverse charge mechanism, you can do so by creating an account in our webshop. After ordering, we will check your VAT number and the name on the order. If these do not match we will cancel the order. This may take longer than 24 hours before your order is dispatched. The VAT reverse charge mechanism is not available when you place an order as a guest. It is also not possible to credit once paid VAT in order to still make use of the arrangement.
1.15 I can’t find what I'm looking for, ‘do you have more than displayed on the website?
