Shipment and returns


We aim to ship all products within 24 hours and with a maximum of 48 hours. With the exception of the weekends and public holidays, in this case we will sent out on the next working day. Should an item unexpectedly not be in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible about the delivery time. We pack your order firmly and securely in recycled material without luxury packaging, 'free' extraas or additional information about your stones. This allows us to keep prices fair and transparent. 

The Amber Specialist uses a minimum order value of €19 to justify the cost of packing materials and labour and to reduce the number of transport movements for small orders. A logical step in reducing CO2 emissions. 

Shipping costs are calculated according to weight. These can be found in the shopping basket. Not at home? No problem, you can also have your order sent to a PostNL collection point within the Netherlands. 

For shipments outside the EU, there is a possibility that our shipments may be subject to taxes and import duties. Import duties, customs fees, import formalities and handling, etc. Are at all times the responsibility of the buyer/recipient as well as the costs resulting from this.

Non pick-up or refusal of parcel

If your order is returned to us because it was not picked up at a parcel point, because of an incorrect address or because the package was refused, we will cancel the order and refund the purchase price minus the return costs. 


If you are for any reason not satisfied, you have the right to return the purchased items within 14 days. Please contact us by e-mail and return the goods (at your own expense) to:

After shipment please send the track and trace code to: [email protected] so we can follow the shipment. Please note that we cannot process unannounced returns. Therefore, make sure to notify us in advance of your return shipment. The goods must be returned undamaged. For hygienic reasons, massage griffles and baby products can only be returned if they have not been worn or used. Use the original packaging for shipping to prevent damage. We will refund the purchase price including shipping costs within 14 days if it concerns the entire order. When returning a partial order, the cost of the returned items will be refunded.
