Other names
Other names for candle quartz are celestial quartz, merlin quartz and Lithium candle quarz. Candle quartz in the form of a sceptre is a rarity. Scepter's quartz derives its name from the former scepter, a bar with a thickening on the end. The sceptre was mainly used as a symbol of power by kings, emperors and priests.
